Adrienne DeWitt
La Jefa
Adrienne grew up skiing in the San Juan Range and fell in love with Colorado and the mountains as a child. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma, she took her first entry level job in Denver. Soon enough, she found herself retreating to the mountains again, her truest “home”. She moved to Crested Butte in the summer of 2016, to pursue an authentic, mountain lifestyle. She began working for Eagle Sales as Allen’s right-hand woman and took over ownership of the company in 2018. When the snow melts, you can find her outside climbing peaks. Adrienne also enjoys practicing yoga, dance, and movement arts. She’s an enthusiastic participant of the community “Move the Butte” show each spring. She is passionate about growing in leadership, supporting her local staff, and encouraging young, female entrepreneurs. Adrienne plans to fulfill some big dreams to write, ski, and travel the world.

Leigh Paulsen
Chief Organizer
Leigh joined Eagle in May 2019 on a part-time basis to help get things organized in the office. After a few months, she decided to take on the job full-time to allow Adrienne and Allen to focus on making sure our customers are happy. Leigh moved to Crested Butte in January 2019 from Melbourne, Australia with her husband, Eliot, and their two kiddos, Grace and Monty. When not running around after her family Leigh likes to run around the trails. She also partakes in pottery and writing articles for her blog.

Cody Washka
Sales & Logistics Manager
Cody moved to Colorado in the fall of 2012 without ever visiting the state to pursue a degree in Environment and Sustainability at Western Colorado University. Cody graduated in 2015 and started his ever-evolving career in the Gunnison valley. Born and raised in Ohio, the Gunnison valley has allowed Cody to pursue his passion of being outdoors as much as possible. During the winter months you can find him skiing, snow biking and winter camping. During the summer months you can find him dirt biking, 4wheeling, camping, and hiking. Cody joined Eagle Sales in August of 2021 and is highly passionate about his career. He is dedicated to providing clear customer support, timely delivery service, and communication with our customers. When not at work you can find Cody adventuring in the Gunnison valley and spreading cheer wherever he is.

DaShawn McLemore
Service Technician
DaShawn moved to Colorado in the early spring of 2021 after visiting his brother in the valley for the past six years. He finds Crested Butte to be polar opposite of his hometown of Pass Christian, Mississippi, where he was born and raised.
Here to bring some southern charm and grit to the valley, he joined the Eagle Team in August of 2022. He is dedicated to providing valuable, informational, and most importantly, personal experiences with our customers; working diligently and hand in hand with them to provide the best experience. When DaShawn isn’t “GENTLY” throwing around windows, he’s throwing the football around with buddies, training, skiing, hiking, and hunting throughout the winter.

Jess Legere
Office Administrator
Jess found Crested Butte in the winter of 2007, since then she has called Crested Butte home. Previously to this, she lived in Vermont and was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. The love affair with Crested Butte started with the allure of amazing skiing, but quickly evolved to the love of the town and the amazing mountains. In the winter she enjoys skiing, and in the summer she will be found camping and exploring Crested Butte and the surrounding areas with her husband Josh and dog Smokey.
Jess joined Eagle in September 2022, you will find her in the showroom and sometimes accompanied by her dog Smokey.
